Saturday, Jun. 07, 2003 - 7:50 p.m. The Happening Squodge. "They got a ranch they call... Number 51!" Aliens could be among us right now, and I know this theme's been touched on before, by many people, but.. well.. aliens could be among us right now! Now, think, not about who among your acquaintances could be an alien, we've all done that before, but think about what these aliens would do, if they were here. They'd kill us, wouldn't they? Unless they were less powerful, but if they were less powerful they wouldn't have been able to get here. They would kill us, on account of our hideous annoying tendencies to be a generally crappy species. God's favourites, built in his image, the only damn species to be destroying the planet, rather than simply living on it. But yes, we're also just irritating anyway. We are a population of cosmic irritants, and if the aliens are among us, we don't have long left. They'll come. Perhaps cats and dogs are the aliens among us. Infiltrating our own homes, being treated as one of the family, to study. Barking to inform others of the information they have gained... Purring - nothing but the sound of a miniature computer whirring away inside them processing all the information they've learnt about you. They purr when you're in a weakened state, you go "Awww.." they see this as a weakness, they inform the mothership you're weakened. By now they know our weaknesses, soon enough the end will come. If they are among us, anyway. There was no point in this, it flew off at tangents (not that there was any focus in the first place), and came to no conclusions, other than that I am repetetive. Thank you for wasting your time. |
